1. Don't want free play? We'll waive the setup fee - you pay only the hourly rate.

2. $1 serving fee applies to each renter-supplied alcoholic beverage.

3. Distilled spirits also permitted when you hire a licensed caterer to serve them with food. The caterer must also obtain a TSL (Temporary Service License) from the OLCC.

4. If minors are present when alcohol is being served, live entertainment requires prior approval by Ground Kontrol management, due to OLCC requirements.

Cost

Noon-5PM

  • Mon - Fri: $500 setup + $250 per hour
  • Sat - Sun: $1000 setup + $500 per hour

5PM-2:30AM

  • Mon - Wed: $750 setup + $375 per hour
  • Thu & Sun: $1000 setup + $500 per hour
  • Fri & Sat: $1500 setup + $750 per hour

If minors will attend while alcohol is being served, apply an additional $25 per hour charge to cover the necessary staffing increase.

The Fine Print

Alcoholic beverages must be served by Ground Kontrol staff, or by Ground Kontrol-approved servers.

Reservation confirmed upon receipt of fee payment and signed rental contract. 14 days' notice requested for all reservations. Shorter notice accepted only if it presents no conflict with previously scheduled events, and upon payment of a "rush" fee to be determined at time of rental.

Renter assumes liability for any damage to Ground Kontrol location or property caused by guests.

Ground Kontrol reserves the right to decline any reservation for any reason.
