Ground Kontrol’s unique combination of authentic classic arcade, full bar, food, DJ booth, and lounge areas make it ideal for any party of 4 to 160 people.
Please check details below for table reservations and private rentals below filling out the rental form. Table reservations are not required for group visits, but are recommended for small groups interested in utilizing our lounge areas.

Cost
$25 per table for up to 2 hours. Up to 2 tables available for rental. Minimum 4 guests per table. Please give us 14 days’ notice for table reservations.
Availability
Table reservations are available during most business hours, but are UNAVAILABLE on Fridays & Saturdays 7pm-close and on Second Thursdays & Last Wednesdays (Free Play events). Special events may further limit table reservation availability, but we will work with you to find the right date and time for your event!

- Exclusive use of the arcade and bar space with capacity for up to 275 guests (currently reduced to 160)

- Alcohol allowed during all hours of event
- Minors allowed during all hours of event, and when alcohol is present if they are accompanied by an adult guardian or spouse

- Free Play for all games so your guests pay nothing ($10 per guest)
- Pre-loaded game cards for you and/or your guests (rates vary)
- Bring your own food ($50/hour)
- Provide your own entertainment: iPod, DJ, or A/V presentation ($25/hour setup fee for DJ booth, PA, or any other special audio or visual equipment set up requested for your event) Request special food or drink options (rates vary, all alcohol must be purchased from Ground Kontrol and served by Ground Kontrol staff)
Cost
Minimum 2-hour rental required for private events. Private events are intended for groups 30 or larger. If a rental period overlaps multiple hourly and free play rates, the higher rates will be charged for the event.

*Includes $100/hour bar credit applicable to food and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and $25/hour service charge for group tabs. Any charges beyond the $100/hour credit also carry a 25% service charge, and must be secured with a credit or debit card from the Renter at the time of the rental.

The Fine Print

- Type of rental – Table reservation (public) or private (entire facility)
- Number of guests anticipated
- Any special requests or questions you may have
We’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Please allow 24 hours for a response, longer Friday-Sunday. Our rental office hours are Monday-Friday, 12PM-5PM.
All reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are only confirmed upon completion of the rental agreement and full payment of applicable fees. 14 days notice is required for table reservations, and 30 days or more notice is required for private reservations. Shorter notice accepted only if it presents no conflict with previously scheduled events, and upon payment of a “rush” fee to be determined at time of rental.
Ground Kontrol reserves the right to decline any reservation for any reason.
Renter assumes liability for any damage to Ground Kontrol location or property caused by guests.
Private rentals cannot be open to the general public with a cover or admission fee. Renter must provide Ground Kontrol with a guest list, code word, entry ticket or other method of identifying guests attending a private event.
